Varnoli Moti or Varnol Moti or (મોટી વરણોલી) was one of the 26 small princely states or Talukas that formed the Pandu Mehwas grouping during the British Raj. It was initially administered by the Rewa Kantha Agency and later by the Baroda and Gujarat States Agency. Today, it is part of the state of Gujarat, India.

Varnoli Moti paid tribute to the Maharaja of Baroda.
