Vishalgarh, Visahlgad, Khelna or Khilna (विशालगढ़) was a princely state vassal of the Kolhapur Kingdom. It is currently located in the present-day Kolhapur district of Maharashtra, India.
Title of the prince: Pant Pratinidhi, Jagirdar.
Dynasty: Deshastha, Brahmans.
Religion: Hindu.
Area: 611.24 square kilometers, and 90 villages.
Population: 30,125 people in the year 1930.
Current head of the dynasty: unknown.
History: Its main structure was the fort known as Visalgarh Fort, originating in the 11th century, which passed through several dynasties.
In 1659, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj captured the fort from the Bijapur Sultanate and renamed it Vishalgarh, which means "grand fort." It became one of the important forts of the Maratha Empire and the capital of a Jagir (land grant).
Subsequently, the possession of Vishalgarh passed to the Pant Pratinidhi, who were high-ranking royal representatives in the Maratha Empire.

In the year 2024, Prince Sambhajiraje Chhatrapati, heir of the royal family of Kolhapur, led protests against the encroachment of Vishalgarh Fort in the form of illegal constructions.
